SHIPPING METHODS

DISPATCH

On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email confirming that your order has left our Victorian Warehouse. This email will contain a link to your tracking number.
Orders can take between 1 - 3 business days to be dispatched.
Orders are not dispatched over the weekend or Victorian public holidays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can return your unworn, unwashed & unaltered items with all original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
Online orders must be returned to our warehouse & cannot be received by a third-party stockist.
Please email or call us to notify of your return & advise if you wish to exchange or refund.
Please include your Order No. & contact details within your parcel to help with the return process.
We recommend you use registered mail when posting any returns as we are not liable for parcels that may get lost in transit.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the items to us.
Exchanged items will be sent out free of shipping charges.

REFUNDS

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed.
The purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.
